Job Description

  • Design and develop Odoo apps(new module development, customization).
  • Map the business requirements with the existing system and provide timely solutions.
  • Lead and Manage the entire development life-cycle including post-production support.
  • Integrate Odoo API's with external systems.
 
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
  • Technical and Functional knowledge of Odoo standard modules including Odoo studio.
  • 2-6 years of experience in developing, customizing and implementing Odoo modules.
  • Excellent knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Django, Django Rest API, etc).
  • Should have a working knowledge of API's in Odoo.
  • Sound knowledge of coding, server deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Highly proficient in Python Programming and leveraging the right third party libraries.
  • Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming
  • Strong experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL databases
  • Should have good knowledge of version control software's like Git, SVN, etc
  • Self-driven and ability to work with minimal direction and in a team to research innovative solutions to challenging technical problems.
  • Team player and driven towards self-improvement, development, and achievement.
  • Sound problem resolution and decision making skills.
  • Exposure in managing applications in Cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Experience in Continuous IntegrationDeployment tools.
  • Experience in Mobile app development and maintenance.
Required Skills:
  • - Python programming
    - SQL language
    - Use of relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL
    - JavaScript development, a plus
    - Knowledge of Odoo/ OpenERP is must.
    - Experience with other ERP systems, a plus
    - Experience working on Linux system, a plus
    - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment, quality assurance and software testing.
